Globe's Chefmate Series slicers are ideal for establishments who are in need of a meat slicer but have limited kitchen space and budget. The GC12 slicer is constructed of anodized aluminum which is durable, stain resistant and extremely easy to clean. These slicers have a hard chromed hollow ground blade, which sharpens easily to a razor sharp edge, resulting in quality slicing every time. The top mounted knife sharpener is a permanently attached all metal, 2 stone type that is the most convenient and durable sharpener in it's class. Powerful 1/3 HP motors and permanently lubricated ball bearings ensure quite operation for years to come. Globe offers a full 1 year on-site parts and labor warranty which is the longest warranty available. Chefmate slicers are UL and NSF listed.
