 Xpressscales.com Returns Policy
 

  1. Items may, at the discretion of Xpressscales.com be returned within 15 days from the date of shipment from Xpressscales.com.
  2. At the discretion of Xpressscales.com a full credit to the buyer will be issued for any return where the box is unopened (original factory seal is intact).
  3. For returns involving opened boxes (the original factory seal is not intact),  returned within 10 days of original shipment, Xpressscales.com will refund the full credit less any  repair labor/parts & materials cost (if applicable) to the buyer.
  4. For returns involving opened boxes (the original factory seal is not intact), returned within 30 days but more than 10 days of original shipment, Xpressscales.com will refund the full credit less an inspection fee of 15% re-stocking fee or $200, whichever is greater and less any repair labor/parts & material costs (if applicable) to the buyer.
  5. No returns will be accepted after thirty days from the date of shipment from Xpressscales.com.
  6. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product to Xpressscales.com.

Xpressscales.com Returns Process

 

  1. Send an email (returns@expressscales.com) or fax to (864)233-6797 to the Customer Service Xpert including:

 

*      Product Model

*      Product Serial Number

*      Original Order Number

*      Purchase Date

*      Detailed explanation of product or part failure

 

  1. Your Xpressscales.com Xpert will either email or fax you the Xpressscales.com Returns Form including an Equipment Return Authorization Number (ERA) to include with your returned goods or inform you about the replacement parts shipment.
  2. In the even that you receive the  Xpressscales.com Returns Form with an ERA, ship product to:
