Warranty Information
- Xpressscales.com
provides warranty services for Mettler
Toledo Xpress line products purchased from our website, against defects in
materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of shipment from
Xpressscales.com.
If any products fail to conform to this warranty within the first
ninety (90) days of the warranty period,
Xpressscales.com will at its option repair or replace such goods
returned.
If any products fail to conform to this warranty for the remainder
of the warranty period, Xpressscales.com
shall furnish necessary replacement parts free of charge.
- Xpressscales.com
warrants Xpress line service parts against defects in materials and
workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of shipment in normal use and
service.
If any service parts fail to conform to this warranty,
Xpressscales.com shall furnish
necessary replacement parts free of charge.
- These warranties are subject to the following
conditions:
Upon discovery of such non-conformity,
Xpressscales.com will be given prompt
written notice with a detailed explanation of the deficiencies.
The product or part must be properly installed, operated and
maintained in accordance with Mettler-Toledo, Inc, specifications.
The product or part must not be operated above rated load capacity
or subject to accident, alteration, misuse, or abuse.
The product must not have been repaired or serviced by anyone
other than Xpressscales.com or one of
its authorized representatives.
- Xpressscales.com
shall have a reasonable time to repair or replace the defective product.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the product to
Xpressscales.com.
Xpressscales.com is responsible for
shipping the product to the buyer.

Warranty Process
- Send an email (warranty@expressscales.com)
or fax to (864)233-6797 to the Customer Service Xpert including:
Product Model
Product Serial Number
Original Order Number
Purchase Date
Detailed explanation of product or part failure
- Your Xpressscales.com
Xpert will either email or fax you the
Xpressscales.com Returns Form including an Equipment Return
Authorization Number (ERA) to include with your returned goods or inform you
about the replacement parts shipment.
- In the even that you receive the
Xpressscales.com Returns Form with an
ERA, ship product to:
Xpressscales.com – Warranty Return ERA # (put ERA number here)

Alternatively you may use the
Xpressscales.com Returns Form as a
shipping label.
- The Buyer is responsible for shipment charges to
Xpressscales.com.
Xpressscales.com is responsible for freight on the return to the
buyer.
- Xpressscales.com
will ship the repaired or replaced product or the replacement parts promptly
to your address.
